Default Help Required from Senior Members/CSPs

Assalam O Alaikum Dear Seniors,

I appeared in CSS 2012 Exams.I prepared for the exam with much hard work.My seniors told me that CSS IS A GAME OF NERVES and advised not to loose control over nerves. But unfortunately US history Paper proved to be a Nerve breaker for me.Uptill US History Paper,I didn't take any tention. But after that, due to tention only, physics paper 2,Punjabi was much affected, although I had good preparation
of these subjects too.At that time I was thinking that a person like me,with poor
control of nerves can't do CSS.I remained in the darkness for 3 months after papers and now I am thinking to prepare again. Please suggest me what should I do.
Tention is a main hurdle for me.
Advice of any successful person, with situation like me,would encourge me very much.
Please do reply to my post.
Thanks.

i believe that there is no person on earth who is immune to tensions. the thing is that some people are able to manage this situation while some are overinfluenced by it. even those who dont get tense easily even they are vulnerable to failure. so keep trying to reain calm, the best way is to offer regular prayers. continue ur hardwork and appear in 2013 css.

i second the opinion of Rabia...
let me make you understand through logic...Human beings are prone to tention and we all are human beings so ultimately we all are prone to that, the thing is that who controls it and who let himself be controlled by tention...
you can control your nerves easily by keeping in mind one thing that "it never ends till it ends" i mean to say that if you are doing good at all papers and you could not do as good with one then do not let this one paper control/ruin your fate, all you need is atleast get passing marks in that and keep fingers crossed for others...
Regards
