This is Muhammad Zahir Hussain. I want to appear in css exam of 2013. Kindly comment and guide on the optional which I have selected.

Sociology
journalism
international relations
Indo Pak History
Public Administration

Looking forward for the guidance.

Default Another Set of optionals (Second Combination)
Sociology
Journalism
Muslim Law
International Law
US History
Public Admin

This also another set of optional under consideration kindly consider both sets for the advise. Since I am still in the process of subject selection also highlight that whether I would be able to clear the exam of 2013 with almost seven months remaining in the paper. looking forward for the guidance. Seniors plz respond as soon as possible I shall be very thankful to the forum members

good combination but i wold suggest you that you have to replace ind-pak history with islamic history, because I.H is more scoring than I.P history.......... best of luck

good combination but try to replace IR with INTERNATIONAL LAW, OR MUSLIM LAW at start I also opt IR but its too much lengthy and I replaced it with Muslim law

thanks for the guidance. I would like to know that I do not have a law background so is it going to be easy to cover Muslim law and international law. looking forward for the response. thanks for responding at my query. One thing more I have noticed that most of the aspirants at this forum prepare any subject topic wise. So can I get some guidance about which topics to cover from respected members.

indo_pak history
psyhology
sociology
journalism

if i dont go with psychology the i m thinking to go for IR and pub. Administration

muslim law and international law is good in the sense that both subject are not lengthy many members opt it at some days before exams and score good...

i read books by D.F MULLA and sir Abdul rahim but at the start of preparation its difficult to understand many concept from these books(in my opinion)
so now i am preparing it from "Muslim law and jurisprudence " by dr. Liaquat ali khan niazi
