I'll suggest you to go for International Law paper as you have studied it since past two years, just concentrate on the things went wrong and changing the optionals will consume your extra time and also its not good to start a new subject from abc.

yes i think you should go for I.L....see your weaknesses.you have studied it before moreover it is not a right time to start any subject from beginning.

MUslim law is the best choice among them, easy, scoring, and interesting one.. further you have to decide according to your interest best of luck....

I'm a law student, practicing lawyer and aspirant of CSS2013 I've opted both M.L and I.L and also have prepared upto 80 to 90 % both subjects.

In my view, both are good but I'll recommend you to opt Int'l Law instead of Muslim Law because it's a bit technical i.e Inheritance and some parts of Jurisprudence. On the other hand I.L is quite easy and score yielding subject.

As far as books is concerned You may go through

Islamic Law and Jurisprudence by Aatir Rizvi
(it covers whole syllabus just for making comparison of I.L with M.L otherwise I'm not solely in favour of this book)
