Default guide about optional subject

i have selected 2 group of subjects kindly guide me i will go with which one
Group1
International Relation
International law
Gender studies
Psychology
USA histroy

Group2

political science
International relation
Constitutional law
International law

and also tell me that can i choose 2 subjects from 1st grp
