Is BA enough?

I've completed my BA this year. Although I've had a strong academic record Alhamdulillah but I was asked to do BA so that I could appear in the CSS examination as soon as I could. Having read about the 16 years of education requirement, I'm confused whether I should start preparing for CSS and should focus on it till the bill is passed or should I get myself enrolled in a university for masters in order to complete 16 years of education. Any suggestion by any senior? Should I prepare for CSS or get my masters degree first? I don't even know that they will pass the bill or not! I don't want to waste any time. My main goal is CSS.

Any suggestion would be appreciated. The bill has not been passed yet. A conundrum. I was planning to appear in 2018.

You know you might be an enthusiastic person by having more and more time in order to prepare yourself for CSS. Kindly don't take risk by counting on BA degree only because variations can be appeared in the rules at anytime as the bill is already on its way. Go for Master but start preparing yourself for CSS right now, Yes from now. Start Pre-Preparation Onwards, if you know what I mean. Don't miss the chance. Master will flourish and revive all the weak areas of your life and your study in almost every subject. Master mentally always appreciated. One thing I've noted (personal experience) BA/BSc students are appearing so arrogant always. They are NOT so matured. Further it will help you in interview too and will make you more confident about yourself Insha'ALLAH. In a nutshell, I would rather suggest you to Go parallel with both of them from now.
Note*
These my opinions only, do what your heart says. Actually after my BSc I was so weak in every aspect, So for CSS master seems very suitable to me:D

You can start preparation any time, but bachelors is not a good base for CSS, you have to specialize in area of your interest. Preparing for CSS is a complete grooming process , and its never too Early to groom ones self. Best of luck.

There has been no news regarding the enhancement of minimum qualification in recent past. The only reform demanded by aspirants was age relaxation.Prime Minister has in the past clearly rejected the idea of enhancement in minimum qualification.Students will not accept it and it will not bring any real change. In my view, they will keep the criteria unchanged.Aspirants will resist it.
And If you have good writing and reading skills, you don't need to do Msc.Many have qualified after BscAnd B.A.Just doing masters in physics and chemistry etc will not make you mature. What will make you mature is to read extensively different types of books. At best,MSC will cover your 1 subject.
This is my opinion;the rest is up to you

I've seen majority of the BA students under inferiority complex as the degree we have is not largely accepted as a good one. But thanks a lot for guiding. Jazak'Allah Khair! Will think about masters.

Oh bro!
She said or I wait till the bill is passed?
I deprived her words only. I didn't give 100% surety that's why I used the word "As" you forgot to mention that, Though I myself was bit Confused at the moment then thought maybe she knows well as she is going through such a situation.

Nothing is cleared whether the decision will be taken by a cabinet,as in the case of age relaxation, or in a national assembly.She/he is confused too.The proposal is bound to attract criticism.She/he has passed a bill based on her/his assumption.
