For Islamiat, book by Hafiz Karimdad Chughtai is BEST.

For Pak Affairs, Go through the some books from Suggested Readings list in Syallabus like Stephen Cohen, Aisha Jalal, Atiff Qureshi & Khalid Bin Saeed. Having a strong grip over Current Affairs would definately help you in PA too as half of the paper is related to contemporary issues.
