Default Confuse?

I have a little confusion about the age relaxation policy from government. My friend said to me that those students who had appeared in the CSS examination 2016 , have opportunity of age relaxation up to 30 and 32( for tribal areas) years. I am going to appear in css 2018, now what will be the criteria for me as I belong from Tribal area. 30 or 32 years........ seniors guide me in this regard.
