Default Optional Subjects

Hi,

So I am basically an Industrial Engineer from NED and I've decided on the following optional subjects:

1-IR: Because it helps cover Essay + Current Affairs to a great extent.

2-Physics: Since mine is an engineering background, I consider it will take some revision, as more than 50% of the topics are already studied for. But it needs a LOT of revision and I'm a little low on time here. Do suggest what would be the best alternate here.

3-History of the US/ Islam/ Muslim Law - A little confused here, my knowledge on Islam is not very vast, also my interest in it is more than knowing about the US. But I've heard people talking about how exhaustive the list of topics in Islamic Study is this subject is, hence decided to study the US history as I believe its a shorter syllabus, so people say. Muslim Law is also something I find easy to contemplate. What should I do?

4-Sociology: Looking at what the syllabus shows, I don't think I even need to prepare for this, it can be answered out of common sense. Except reading about a few researches done here and there. So this will take no time at all.

I basically have no time for preparation so to speak, so whatever you suggest, keep in mind, I gotta do this quickly.

Thanking you in advance for your replies.

Regards,
ZK
