Default Newbie and confused in book selection.

Hello everyone,

It's my first time that I am posting something here. I know nothing about the books I need to study. Literally NOTHING! I've gone through all the information and rules and book suggestion that I need to follow. I'm ready to start preparing for CSS. I want to initiate with the compulsory subject-English (Precis & composition). This is to confirm, should I buy 'English(Precis & composition) by Hafiz karim dad chugtai'? As I have so many post regarding this book. Or some other according to the current syllabus?
Please be honest.

Yes, you should buy this book. The reasons are the following:
1. It is up to date and contains relevant materials.
2. It is compiled book from different sources.
3. Better than other books present in the market.
