It is an often repeated question but I would like to ask strategy of CSP officers who cracked CSS exam and they didn't quit from their jobs:?

But I have seen people (via YouTube videos) from India who have cleared UPSC exam and got allocation in prestigious groups like IAS/IPS while doing job but in Pakistan we can hardly find such people who have done this meticulous task while being on job.

Mr. Amin shah from 41st CTP. He cleared the css exams while doing his job (As far as i remember). Currently he is from the OMG group and he cleared css 2017 as well. You can search amin shah on the forum
