Whether the group remains same in Command tasks and group discussion???

Last year there were 8 members per group in psychological test except Fridays when there were 4 candidates in a group. The group remains same in Psychological tests (Day-1 & Day-2).

Group Discussion/ Command Task:

It's better that you people sit in groups and practice some of the command tasks (exapmles given below) and group discussion topics. This can help you know your weaknesses and work on those. Also, this will provide you with the much needed confidence to carry out these tasks in your psych exams.

• While presiding a meeting in command task, you should speak in a confident and dominating tone.
• Always start with 'Bismillah' and say 'Salam' to all members.
• Thanking the members for their timely arrival in the meeting is also good, but if it is some sort of emergency situation, avoid formalities like this and come straight to the point.
• While taking others' suggestions, it's good to note important points on the paper in front of you. Also, while preparing you task in the given time of 15 minutes, you should note down important points about the situation under question and your recommendations on the paper as well. This will help you recall them in the end.
• You can also make committees with and assign them tasks and ask them to come up with reports on those in the next meeting.

Some of the command tasks that were given to candidates in our group, were as below:

"Tax collection target could not be met this year due to tax evasion by corporate sector. Some of tax officials are also involved in corruption. Lawyers help the comapnies to find ways of tax evasion. As member tax of the FBR, hold a meeting and devise a strategy for improvement in tax collection".

"Hazardous wastes from industries are polluting the rivers as they are not properly treated. As Secretary Health, hold a meeting and formulate a policy to deal with this situation".

"Fire broke out in a chemical industry. There is fear of poisonous effects of the burning chemicals, among the people of that locality. Many people are fleeing out of the area. The health experts have confirmed that there is no risk or harm to the health of people of that area due to this incident. As DCO of the city, hold a meeting and devise a strategy to deal with this situation".

I would like to invite the seniors members to help us regarding the books to mention. i.e If One writes Quran-e-PAk , Sahee-e-Muslim , etc . Or other islamic books . hOw they work for Css.
OR is it good to mention a book of from materialistic author like the ones present in western societies.

PLEASE give helping notes for those who come from other cities to Lahoreabout timing and duration of psychological tests so that we can prepare a schedule for travel. Also is the psychological test held for 2 consecutive days because one day gap would be best for traveling to and from the city to our native city becoz we don't have relatives to lodge at their residences please giuide me thry this point of view.

Dear onething is still unclear in my mind. Whether psychological test and interview will be held simultaneously in any province. Or psychological test is arranged first and relatively at faster pace. I mean how much time will i find between psychological test and interview. I am from Punjab and my Roll number is 5741.
What I can extract from your posts is that for psychological test we need to take some measures to boost our confidence, know ourselves better(autobiography,good habits,bad habits etc), practise group discussions,command tasks and do some analytical question solving exercises. This is all that we need in psychological test or i left something???off course study of contemporary affairs will go side by side.
