Default Study Habits

My favorite is "science behind learning" which is given in this book. Have a look at following paragraphs.




Go though 20 pages. Plan and Build up a good routine. And enjoy your studies.

I was suffering from a strange depression during and after my semester final exams, after long search on internet I found this. During my extensive studies new connections between glia and neurons (two kinds of brain cells) were developing (called the synopses), I could have helped the process by doing physical exercises. Psychology part I knew before but this "exercise thing" I came to know now.

For more on Memory and Learning, go though chapters on both in any good psychology book. My preferred is Psychology Themes and Variations by Wayne Weiten.
