The best suggestion for you is to wake up early in the morning and spare some time for study. At early morning mind always remain fresh and one hour of concentrated study is better than hours but don’t forget to offer Morning Prayer.

You can also utilize your travel time as well as some free time in office, find out how many hours can you spare for you study in a day and make your own time table.
