It can be good alternative of Public Admin and I law. However, you need to have good command over the subject and you should have the creative ability and the analytical skills. Because many a time questions are of general nature and they demand personal opinion and analysis . One who has good writting expression , creative ability and analytical skills , can handle such questions in more impressive manner.

Brother as I said above , its one's aptitude and the interest which matters more . Therefore , in my opinion he should say yes to Political Science. If we have a comparison between political science and Journalism+I. Law , there is no much difference as well as the scoring trend is concerned. Political science is doing fairly well since 2011. Though earlier it was going through its bad time. Here on forum few aspirants have been seen crossing 130 like Sabahatbhutta.
Now we come towards I.Law+Journalism. I law largely remains a stable subject . But it has comparitively given less score in 2011 & 2012 with potential aspirants scoring in the range of 58-65. This subject is in my own combination and I feel it is going to be an average scoring subject in the coming years alsoas the paper setter has changed the trend.
As well as journalism is concerned , it keeps on fluctuating . In 2010 it proved to be nightmare for the aspirants and most of the potentail aspirants even scored in the range of 35-45 only . While in 2011-2012 it has been among good scoring subjects. Keeeping in view all this , one can see that the scoring trend of both the options is almost the same . In this scenario it would be wise to go for the subject wich is in more proximity with one's aptitude and interest. Therefore , in my opinion Pol Science would be a better option.

As per my knowledge, the employees of autonomous bodies have not 2 years age relaxation, but the employees of schools etc have this relaxation. you can consult more from FPSC website.

A.o.A, thanks a lot for such valuable information, now please guide me about some good books on Arabic, especially for grammar, MCQ's, short questions and translation into Urdu or English??? and what are the questions that we can attempt in urdu?

As well as the material for it's preparation is concerned , I relied on notes by Prof Hafiz Arshad Sahb , a popular name for Arabic in Lahore. Besides these notes , the reading of the book Taareekh e Adab e Arabi by Ahmad Hassan Zyat proves highly instrumental in the preparation of this subject.
Now some other books are also in market for Arabic. Earlier only those notes were consulted by all as there wasn't a single book in market till 2012. Those notes contain material on MCQs , Short questions , translation as well as the subjective questions and short essay. As there is not asked any question regarding grammar , one does not need wasting time on learning grammar.

The subjective questions in paper can be attempted in either of the languages, English or Urdu keeping in view one's own convenience. Translation portion is mostly attempted in Urdu even by those who attempt the subjective questions in English . I did the same. While rest of the paper is attempted in Arabic . I mean
MCQs 40 marks
Short questions 30 marks
Short Essay 10 marks

How to go for the preparation of arabic? I started the preparation from Translation Portion. And step by step proceeded further.
However , it is better to start from two ends. On one hand start preparing translation and on the other take a bird eye view reading of the whole reading material. From reading material I mean if you are using notes of Hafiz Arshad then those or otherwise whatever book you are consulting.
First just take a reading. As you finish reading , start preparing properly questions by question or topic by topic .
While doing this said preparation on the sidelines satrt it's mcqs preparation and then its short questions. In this way everything would get prepared. At the end prepare the short essay.
This is how I went for the preparation of this subject in my previous attempt and scored 140.

Brother ! In my opionion besides this prestigious forum , the books recommended here and the internet, the guidance of some senior who already has been in this process is most important. If these are there and one is commmitted and has passion for css , there is no room at all for academies.
