Post KIPS or WTI Distance learning program?

Hey Seniors I am aiming to take CSS 2020 attempt. I am pretty sure I can do good enough on my own but I am thinking about Joining an academy for 2-3 months to get my timetable & syllabus sorted.
I am very confused between these two options. I hail from Karachi & the most reputed CSS academy is KIPS in here but I have heard a lot of great reviews about World times Institute. I researched about their Distance learning program but It didnt sound satisfactory. They will provide notes, hand outs, outline of syllabus & mock tests but there is no interactive session included in it.
So I am in a bit of dilemma here. Should I join KIPS for more interactive purposes or Should I go with DLP if the notes & handouts are worth it?
please share your valuable opinions

In this view KIPS academy is better because you can meet many aspirants there and teachers and can discuss and debate about topics. However, if you want to join WTI then yiu should join academy directly at Lahore instead of DLP, World Times Institute is much better than KIPS but if you have no option to join directly then go for KIPS
