Default new job & css please help

Seniors , Please help me by giving suggestions. I am currently doing a job 9-5:30 in a private company in Islamabad.. I have no major issue in preparation and time but i am on a probation period of 3 months. So you all knew no leaves during probation period. I am 70% sure that they will not allow me to appear and get a bad impressuie that am not interested in this job. I am cofused and thinking about skipping this first attempt. My family financial condition is not good otherwise i would not have been doing a job at this time.My DoB is 9-9-1991.

If you are not prepared and just want to appear in CSS to familiarise yourself with the paper pattern, skip it and appear next year with full preparation.

But if you are confident of your preparation, talk to a colleague at work and discuss the whole issue candidly. Tell him that your current job is more important, but you would like to appear for CSS. There is nothing wrong in looking for a better opportunity and that is what you are doing. Besides, people have a special treatment in reserve for any potential CSP officer.

Hope that helps!

Don't directly go to HR. First talk to you immediate superior and explain the situation to him/her. He/She can guide you much better regarding handling such type of issues w.r.t company policy.
My advice to you is not to take such favors from company while you are on probation as this will have negative effect on your appraisal on completion of probation period.
