She has mentioned that in interview the penal has your psychological picture as well as your written marks in front of them. Well, she is not the only one as i know several people who think that the interview penal has written marks in front of them.
However, the truth is that the penal has no idea about your written marks. They do have ur psychological picture in front of them but not the written marks. this is because if they have your written marks, they'll be biased while granting the marks for your interview. For Example they'll give better marks to the top scorer even if the interview goes average. I have also confirmed this news from none other than DG FPSC himself who has been doing his Staff college with my dad at National Management College Lahore. Therefore, i'd again reiterate that the penal does not have your written marks in front of them.

interview panel know the marks. but i think they can not be biased beacuse they have to deal with hunderds of students........

The interview panel knows all about you.

They have your obtained marks as well as the psychological picture.

The Psychologists create a pen picture of you stating your abilities in terms of confidence, communication power, leadership, pressure handling etc..

The panel observes the reports and they ask questions accordingly just to verify all those findings. If a person has scored say 85 marks in International Relations, they panel may ask him about some current issues and historical background just to check if the person has an in-depth knowledge of the subject.
