This success story seems to be one of the best. Mr Samoo very clearly and comprehensively guided the aspirants of css. Moreover, the strategy for essay, which he devised, is very outlandish and peculiar.
Hats off to Mr Samoo and Jhangir publishers, and best regards for Princess Royal for posting such a helpful and workable guideline.

He is CSP-DMG- officer from Sindh and currently working as Deputy secretary in Balochistan's secretariat . He teaches in Quetta.
My dear, I have been to Lahore for CSS study tour and also get tuition of English from different experienced teachers, But Mr Samo's teaching methodology is awesome and is precisely corresponds to CSS examination . Further, he teaches the different English-essay and composition- aspects effectively in short period of time. In short he is career making teacher

Essay is difficult for those who don't know the techniques to write it, besides techniques u must posses some material in ur mind to develop ur paragraph. I was taught essay by my great teacher Noor Ahmed sahb, so, u may avail his notes from cssforum. these are really useful

Yeah he teaches free of cost, to whom those can’t afford at all. But the fee he charge, in current time is nothing. I would say, people used to spend so much in traveling to other cities, but don’t trust their local teachers. He is very keen in helping those who are really in need, like students of Balochistan.
