hi dear raja,i think fpsc will accept form by hand,as for as matter of accepting the forms through a courier service is concerned,well i m not too sure about it but i think they should accept..best of luck

Closing date for submittin the application forms is January 1, 2009. You can submit application forms by hand, through post or any courier service. Application forms will be received during the office hours. No extra time will be allowed for postal transit. It's mean that if you post the from it should be received in the office till 01-01-2009. Those application forms which are not received in the FPSC's Head office, Islamabad on or before the closing date will be rejected
