Lightbulb women in Police

salam
if somebody can tell me about women in police,how is their trainnig.is it same like for men.is there a trend for girls opting for police.
police is a top choice for boys but what about girls,as girls are in army and now in rangers as well.
if Asp's of the forum can shed some light on this it would be great.
regards.

@afrms
we have three women ASPs with us in 36 th common. our training is the same and they shall be posted to hard areas just like us. Joining PSP is one's own choice. where DMG is part office part field work, police is all field work. the choice is yours. Police is tougher than DMG.
