i want to know what is this suitibility clause and how it effects the candidates. regards

It is basically a sort of objection which the commission exercises regarding Css qualifiers. It is normally based on the reports prepared by the team of psychologists. It assess the canditates fitness for certain civil service groups on the basis of which candidates are allotted to each group. Last year 21 CSS candidates were declared ‘unsuitable’ for occupations of their choice...
Suitability Clause used to be exercised only on two or three candidates every year...But it was for the first time since the establishment of the FPSC in 1977 that the clause had been used in “such a reckless manner” on the qualifiers of CE 2007' regards,

The importan thing in this regard is that there is no prejudiced involved while declaring a candidate unsuitable for a particular group instead it is upto ur performance, the way u show up urself as a person to the psychological panel. and their judgement is unprejudiced that they assess certain traits of ur person repeatedly before preparing their report nd finally stamp their judgement after their interview with the candidate.
Go ahead with confidence without pre-conceived prejudiced notions and show up wat u are. God bless u.

sir, u have given v good suggestion be kind to guid us bit more about psychological test and for interview as well.
