yeh these are very wonderful marks one has ever scored but what of these if a person still not qualifies....... I think distributing one's hard work in equal portions for each section i.e compulsory and optional is much better than getting so high marks and being failed....

Unhappy

wow this guy could not be in top 10 just by flunking in english by three marks
I simply cant comprehend why he couldnt clear english
A candidate of such calibre shouldnt had problem clearing english precis given the paper was quite easy
I never had imagined that a failed candidate would have such marks if he just had cleared the most easy english paper of all times in css( 2008 ) , his marks would be 767
