upto this point of time the age limit is still 28 years.Even if there is a suggestion i don't think it'll apply to css-2009.

Yes, I came to know the similar thing from a CSP friend of my uncle who said that up till now it is that Syllabus and age limit will stay the same.
He may be wrong but I am following him. |

I am also not really sure, but as far as I heard that the age will be relaxed i.e. will be 30 years for the candidates possessing Masters degree but this may not be applied to 2009 CSS exam.
