Default CSS after BACHELORS?

Em a student of B.A and I have always wanted to appear for the Css exams and get into the services.
I just wanna ask if its wise to appear for the CSS after my B.A without doing my masters.I asked a lot many people but everyone came up with a different answer. Most of them recommended me to do my masters before appearing for the exam since its a very competitive exam.I want to know if any bachelorites have ever cleared the CSS, OR whether I'd be able to clear my CSS without doing my masters.
kindly reply me.

Salam,

Although the requirement for CSS exam is just B.A, yet it is better to do masters before appearing in the exam becoz it is a compitition exam & needs vast knowledge. So, I suggest u to do ur masters 1st.

Regards,
Muskan

Thumbs up

hello,
i agree with muskan as when one complete's his B.A. at that he has not attained the extra ordinary skills which are required for a student of CSS. on the other hand a person who has completed his M.A. he has the skills to express his ideas more openly so my advice for u is that u must complete ur M.A first and then try for CSS.
thanks

Default be it BA or MA

Hi wassie,

Lemme explain how it works wen it comes to doing CSS.Nobody can assure a paced move with a masters degree as there are chances to be floundered enroute to CSA.Its all reading and writting,I have come accross people with Masters but with no virtual and realistic idea about attempting papers.I am gonna put this in a nut shell. " A B.A SECOND DIV CAN DO IT IF HE/SHE HAS THE POTENTIAL".ITS JUST AN EXAM.

So work hard n u dont need a masters, A normal BA from abroad or some professional college in pak wud do.

Default After BA.

Hello Wassie,

I totally agree with COP, one if has the knowledge and mature thinking, can appear for the CSS exam with just a BA.Its good to do after MA , but as COP said if you have the potential, CSS can be done after BA too.So if you are really desperate to do it , go for it!

Regards .

Mark your targets clearly. If your ultimate aim is CSS, go for it after bachelors. It's the requirement to attempt. People do qualify with their bachelors. I know such guys.

Masters doesn't really broaden your vision as has been proclaimed by some members. You can even achieve that intellectuality by studying the CSS course.

If you have some problem of lack of confidence, I would recommend you to make some backup before pursuing this path. CSS is hazardous and uncertain.

hi wassie...!!
in my humble openion, before appearing in css, you should check...

1. To what extent you have covered the syllabus
2. your written expressions in english

if you have covered the syllabus, have good knowledge of current affairs and can express yourself in good english then you should go ahead with your plans... no matter what your qualification is... if you are not satisfied with your preparation, then beside doing your M.A. you should continue preparation for css... People often suggest that one should appear in css after MA, because after MA, you get more knowledge and maturity...
Please remember that success has no short cut...
so dear instead of thinking about B.A or M.A, concenrate on your studies...

Regards...

i agree with Mr.khatak. One can pass css after bachelors, in case of mine i attempted after my bachelors but failed in precis and compostion paper.i am doing masters and i will attempt after master. It does not mean that after bachelors one should not attempt for css, the difference only that after bachelors css candiate have to work realy hard.
