Agha Syed Muhammad Ayub Shah Bukhari, Engr, Major (Retired), Advocate, Rtn, has illustrious academic and professional career track record. He qualified his Post Graduate Studies in Information Systems Management with record score of 97% from School of Information Technology, Georgia, USA. He attained MS in Computer Engineering with distinction from UET, Taxila, Pakistan. He obtained his Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Software with Rector's Gold Medal from NUST, Pakistan. He holds Masters in International Relations, cum laude, from University of Balochistan, Pakistan. Post Graduate Diploma in Self & Personality from NCA Lahore and CTNS Berkeley, California, USA. Bachelors of Art in Statistics & Economics, cum laude, from Pakistan Military Academy Kakul, Pakistan. Diploma in Diplomacy and Public Policy from Vienna, Austria. LLB from University of Peshawar and LLM from Federal University Islamabad. He is PhD Scholar in Information Security and is part of National Cyber Security Audit and Evaluation Lab at NUST Pakistan. He remained part of Center for Advanced Studies in Mathematics, LUMS, Pakistan. He holds credentials as religious scholar and has introduced system of belief across continents. He is visiting speaker and part of adjunct faculty.
His allied qualifications include, Course in GIS and Remote Sensing from USA, Course in Integrated GIS Analysis from Rome, Italy, Course in Future Studies for Sustainable Development, Course in High Performance Computing and Course in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. He qualified a number of courses in Management, Resource Mobilization, Problem Solving and Security from prestigious professional institutions of Pakistan Army. He holds an Honorary Diploma in Civil Technology. He is a flying enthusiast, equestrian, painting artist, writer, musician, poet and more. He tracked upto Baltoro Glassier, Concordia, K-2 base camp and International Hiking Expedition Camps across North of Pakistan.
His military career as cadet and an officer was extraordinary. He was a distinguished cadet and served as Company Senior Under Officer, passed out on 4th highest merit position. He accomplished all his career progression goals upto his desired rank of Major with a single mark of First Position throughout. He is an Artillery officer and veteran of Three battle fields where he performed to the utmost and holds credits. He has many personal records in tact so far. He obtained release from service on personal request and got retired prematurely with all honors and nine service medals. He is an Artillery Officer and joined one of the finest regiments by choice, an exclusive honor enjoyed by distinguished cadets only. His firing and field command records are also exceptional.
He founded and headed Information Management Cell of Military Operations Directorate for consecutive eight years. He remained part of Tripartite Commission formed between USA-Pakistan-Afghanistan. He served as part of United Nation’s Transitional Administration for Eastern Slavonia, Croatia, EU. He remained part of National Monitoring and Coordination Cell for monitoring Federal Government departments at provincial capital, Lahore. He served on a number of independent prestigious appointments both inland and abroad including as observer at Rabat e Jali, Pakistan-Iran-Afghanistan. He served as technical and strategic consultant at the highest forums including Presidency of Pakistan. He has many technical and policy papers and publications including a book chapter on Intellectual Capital, to his credit. He is a resource person of many national and international institutions like UN CTBTO and WFP. He has research on Manmade Isotopes Production and has studied nuclear reactors to include RA-4 at San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina. He represented Pakistan at a number of international exclusive fora beside presenting his own research works to include both technical and non technical. He also contributed to the Space Foundation-NASA and ICIMOD on areas like flood plain mapping and integrated mountain research. He delivered a number of workshops and talks across Pakistan and Regional Countries on Disaster Management and Disaster Risk Reduction.
He is presently providing technical assistance and consultancy to Pakistan Army Signals Research & Development. He holds membership of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, USA. Institute of Engineers, Pakistan, North American Networks Operators Group (NANOG), Internet Engineering Task Force, USA. He is recognized as strategist by Uproot poverty, USA and many other organizations. He founded Human & Humanity Foundation and actively serves and supports humanitarian and educational causes. He served as Director Quality Enhancement at Higher Education Institution (APCOMS-UET Taxila). Presently, he is serving as Director (Competitive Exams) at Federal Public Service Commission, Islamabad, Pakistan.
He belongs to a reputed Bukhari Syed Family with off shoots across Pakistan and spiritual followership across the world. His ancestors played key role during entire movement of Pakistan starting from 1830 onwards. Love and Peace for promoting Human Dignity and Elan is the message spread by him in his talks and sermons.
