well, group choices are personal decisions. many females at the top went for dmg and some chose customs in my batch. in my personal belief, dmg is more demanding and thus less friendly for a female.

saima habib is a more recent example of a female who topped css and went for customs.

in choosing between these two groups, a female should consider her temperament, aptitude and posting station, working hours, job nature, working environment, family culture etc.
