I have heard about MLCG that in pindi cantt only grade 20-21 officers are posted and grade 17 are posted to smaller stations so what would be the case if grade 17 wants to be posted in Rwp cantt? Is there any such possibility?

yes . there are bigger cantts and smaller cantts. initially you may not be posted in a bigger cantt like pindi, lahore or say karachi. that is an issue. but still federal government does adjust women employees. but then the point is that you may have to compromise on post. you may not be posted as CEO. if you want to be sure of living in PINDI or ISB.
OMG gives you this option. they can serve in isb from start till retirement

Sir if someone agrees to this condition and compromise on post then will there be any differences in the perks and priviliges of the other post or it doesnt matter?

yes there would be difference of perks and privileges. there are some executive posts. like D.C or A.C.. now if someone is serving in the secretariat then he would not be entitled to same facilities as a D.C or A.C

this year i have been allocated in RCTG. what sort of a group it is for a female? is there field work in it? will i get to avail the facilities that railway seems to offer during my first posting which will hopefully be in karachi..? how about promotions?will i reach grade 21.??

Mumtaz Hayat Maneka! I personally know Miss Ammara Malik who is serving as SP at Lahore. So we can say that things have changed now or you will still not recommend police department for women?
