I have a regard for Orea Maqbool jan but this particular column depicts His prejudices for the very field in which he has served for 30 years. Please stop demoralizing youth and motivate them by giving an insightful opinions to enhance the efficacy of civil services and help to equip them with necessary tools that can prove handy in civil services. 70 years have passed , we are still discussing if civil services system is loyal to us or it is servile to angraiz.
