The scale of tehsildar is 16 and pays is I guess around 20k.

I am already under the employment of Sindh Govt. so the annual raise of Dec. 2010 will be added to my basic in CSA or not (this is if we are relieved after Dec.)??

We appeared in css 2008 and we had our first paper on March 15th 2008. Result was declared on 2nd september 2008. After the viva and all the final result was probably declared in May / june i suppose and we joined our CTP on January 1st 2010.

Coming to the second part of your query, i am afraid one is not entitled to any pay or perk in that period. Your Job starts the day you join CTP and you get paid at the end of that Month.

@ Pareenta and intellegentgal

There is pay protection for the canidates who are in-service and come through proper channel so their pay is different from other pobationers. They get all the allowances+increments attached with their salary.

well you do get the raise of december in your pay if you are being relieved after the month of december or even during the month of december.
There is no conveyance allowance and no house rent allowance and no special pays during the stay at the ctp and most of the STPs, so expect a cut in the level from your previous pay. Over all, its not a bad pay package if u are a single person out there on your own. With other considerations in place, its more like being between a hard place and a rock.
