Question How to defer joining training - ctp

Someone guide me that how candidates get their joining deferred? What should one do to get sanctioned his delayed joining? Complete procedure? To whom should we address our request and when?

My sister has qualified 2009 attempt she needs time gape for joining training. Please seniors and already trained CSPs guide me. Waiting for urgent reply.

i think your sister should write the request to the secretary establishment division or may be the section officer (t-v) in establishment division. write in response to their offer letter.

and can one join training after two months?

well i guess first of all u should give a call to the secretary establishment div...the one whose name is written on the letter ur sis has received asking for the acceptance letter...talk to him and then do as he direct u.
