dear friends,what hapns if a probationer fails in a paper in comn trainaing?

Final Passing Out (FPO) Examinations will be conducted by the
Commission after completion of Specialized Training Programme (STP) in
Training Institutes/Academies of respective Groups/Services.

Seniority of Probationers in each Group/Service is determined after qualifying the Final
Passing Out Examination.[COLOR=""]

If a Probationer fails to qualify the examination in
three attempts, he/she is liable to be removed from the service.[/COLOR]

till this time seniority has been decided solely on FPSC merit list. Thought the formula is there and govt is trying to implement it and notices have been issues to concerned deptts to follow the new procedure but no one has been promoted till the time of writing on new criteria.
Number of FPOE attempts have been increased to four. Fourth time they pass you. In history hardly 2, 3 people have been dropped from service for not clearing FPOE.
With regards to CTP. CSA administration will try to intimidate you but dont take tension and just chil, this would be the best part of your life. Belive me.
