CSA doesnt need experience letter.

it doesnt matter if you resign on december 15, 2012 or before that.

joining date is the day you report in civil services academy. your service starts from very that date.

If you have good PR with your line manager at the bank, he may recommend you for waiver of bond. In my case I had a 3 year bond and I resigned after 2 years (to start my own business) but since my performance during 2 years was good and I had good relations with Regional Head and Country Head, my bond was immediately waived without even a request letter from my side.

thanks dear but case is little different here, BM is not authorized to except resignation, President can approve the resignation of a MTO, as I am MTO. However they show lenient attitude when person is not joining other bank. However as bond is on Pro rata basis, a small amount will be left only.

today done with the final exam. now proceeding on military attachment for twelve days. passing out may delay for a day or two, due to the busy schedule of prime minister.

then academy will be waiting for the probationers of 40th common.
