because i don't want to go abroad. i can easily earn 0.2 to 0.5 million pkr easily as i am acca qualified and paas is not my cup of tea as i have heard alot bad things about it.

You wouldnt be able to make any use of your ACCA thing when in service....You wouldnt get any time for consultancy or anything like that, so discount this factor from your calculations..... but yes you can do it when you will be on leave and that is very rare.

Moreover in Pakistani market ACCA cant earn 0.2 to 0.5 million PKR per month even working full time and you are planing to earn this much with part time stuff...serious corrections needed (I have this market's info coz a friend of mine is a partner in a Chartered Accountant and his firm is amongst the BIG-4)

absolutely, I second Nadeem bhai, I'm an ACCA doing articles in a big 4 firm as well..
Claiming that ACCA's can earn 0.5 million is quite an exaggeration

Usman shb, iam sorry to ask this but since you told us that ACCA give you a handsome pay,, then why are you coming to civil services?? like what i have heard is ACCA is quite an expensive certification, (along with efforts involved in getting this qualified), this makes me ask you that as to why are you planning CSS then (of course iam no one to ask u, but asking just because of sheer curiosity).. Is it because there is a good pay but no job security or what??

1) Though a CA may earn such a huge salary as you mentioned but conditions are not same for ACCA.
2) What sort of bad things have you heard about PAAS?
