Question Improvement of Allocated Group?
Salam to all. Consider a case of a person who was allocated in, say for, OMG in 2010 i.e. 39th CTP. Then he appeared in 2011 and this time was allocated in, for instance, DMG. He did his CTP with 39th CTP and went to his STP for OMG with them and soon after, came to know about his allocation in DMG(2011). My question is that in such a case will he do his STP with 39th guys(shifting form OMG STP to DMG STP) or will he wait for 40th CTP to finish and do his STP with them(DMG) and will have to wait all along? Anybody having any idea guys?

he has to wait for one year, till 40th CTP probationers reach STP. thus he cant go with 39th probationers even if he is allocated before the start of STP of DMG.

And what about seniority? That person's service would be counted form 39th CTP or 40th?

his seniority will be maintained with 40th, however, his service will be counted. as it happens when any person comes from govt job, his/her service is always counted. he will be getting revised salary depending upon his previous job.

I got it. In that case, I think deferment would be more viable. Can you tell us that for how long one can defer his CTP(number of years) and if only one year per deferment then how many times?

u can defer ur ctp for three years. not more than this

if you still do not join ctp after 3 years than do you have to give css again
