sir you mean to say that for PSP during ctp , stp , elite course and 1 year FC attachment one gets the same figure for three yearz unless he comes to office??? if this is so then how will he manage with just basic pay during 3 yrz even after becoming CSS , more clerly PSP officer....................i-e 3 yearz with just 23k .......... no vehicle etc etc
