Sir, in that case will the re-allocation list be displayed by the FPSC? Sir i haven't seen re-allocation list on this forum for the year 2008, 2009 and 2010 in fact for any year.....

No re-allocation list is displayed. The aspirants whom group is to be changed get revised offer letter

please tell us the method of deferring our CTP to 41 CTP clearly.

And if we are allocated a group of our choice in CSS 2013, then is there any possibility that we commence our STP with CSS 2012 exam candidates(the same group we will have done 41CTP with)? And provided that we get allocations of CSS 2013 before the start of STP of CSS 2012 too.
seniors please guide with any previous cases.

first up congratulations to all the those who have been allocateed tp be the part of 40th ctp.......its been a blessing from almighty.
i have a query about the start of the CTP and my reason for asking is this: i'm currently undergoing pre-service training at Pakistan provincial services academy for pms kpk equivalent to ctp or stp for pms officers, and the training ends in mid of november......if ctp starts i october me and my other fellows who have been allocated have to go through resignation and relieving stuff...as we are talking about getting it from establishment department it 'll take much time....if somebody could help me and other fellow brothers and sisters to find out estimate time or date on which ctp is going to start so that we could start working on the process as soon as possible

usually est division doesnt allow candidates to do STP with any previous batch. they have to do it with their allocated batch, (in your case that of 2013). however, precedent does exist. a candidate from accounts group after improving his group (he got MLCG), did his STP with one previous batch, then his allocated batch. but its quite hard. because it was only the ministry of defense which got that candidate, otherwise no other academy receive these.

secondly allocations also take time. as you know this year they have been announced later than the commencement of STP of every group. so there are slim chances.

sir you said a candidate improved his group from PAAS to MLCG. in this year allocations there are candidates who have placed PAAS even above IRS. what do you think is better PAAS or MLCG? also shed some light on REALLOCATION, if any such procedure exisits or not.

miss group is a matter of personal choice. you can see a girl from KP has put MLCG on number one. she could get even DMG. similarly a girl on merit number 66 put information above IRS, PAAS and many other comparatively better groups than Information. hope you have understood.

reallocations do happen provided candidates do not give their acceptance. however, those who will be reallocated get letters at their home. there wont be any second list given on any website.
