If a person does not join CTP even after the commencement of training and informs the Establishment Division after two weeks of CTP that he is not going to join,WILL THE CANDIDATE IN WAITING BE INVITED TO JOIN CSA ????plz plz plz its urgent,help me and reply!

who is the person ? did he send acceptance to CSA, establishment division and parent ministry ? if he has sent acceptance , then there can be a chance ...if he has not sent acceptance ,..then his offer is cancelled

That allocated candidate had actually requested for deferment but Estabishment division has rejected his application for deferment owing to unknown reasons n has askd him to join ctp.bt he does not want to join.he has decided to withdraw n is going to inform ED about his decision till monday.in this scenario,WILL THE CANDIDATE IN WAITING from that province get the allocation or not?keep in mind that ctp has already started!

i do not think , that his seat would be allocated to someone else. but if he was not coming he should have sent some intimation to CSA also. now he should inform estab division and also call CSA authorities about his problem
