Swapping of groups

I am a qualifier from kpk in css2011(36th).i want to know the procedure of swapping of groups between those who have been allocated.is it allowed ,if yes intraprovince only or interprovince also

swapping of groups is allowed , no problem in it. if the two people who have been allocated agree , then they can move a noting and it can be done. it is allowed intraprovince , but i do not know about inter-province

it is not allowed at all. irrespective of your position, province or group. you can not swap group with any one.
