Does anyone know what is quota of occupational groups for induction into the secretariat group?

Only the officers of PSP and PAS (DMG) are inducted in Secretariat group through APUG.

Sorry. This is not the case. Officers of all occupational groups are there in federal secretariat. Only the difference is quota of each group in APUG, which is much higher for DMG and OMG, as understandable as these groups are for administration. All other occupational groups - IRS, Customs, Postal etc have their own specialized field and they get grade 22 within their respective group. However, all of them have certain quota in secretariat group, but am not sure how much.

Each year, officials of different occupational groups are inducted in secretariat group as Joint Secretary. For this the notification is sent to all groups for the nomination of grade 20 officers.
