Heartiest Falicitations and Congratulations to all 40th Commoners. may you serve Pakistan well. Two of my beery dear ones are also in the 40th commons.

How long will CTP last? in the CSA website it says 6 months, but some of you have said 9 or 10 months. Can we get a real duration from senior members?

29th SEP to 4th APRIL. SO 6 month and 6 days approximately.

Thanks brother Sarfaraz for the quick reply.

Can you also comment the duration of STP? is it same or different for different cadres? And what factors determine the 1st posting of an officer? What are the chances that he/she will get the station of their choice? Any relaxation for females that are unmarried?
