More than two weeks has been passed since 40th CTP has started. But a tape is running on CSA website informing that 40th ctp will now start on 5 Oct 2012. I want to ask few questions who is responsible to update it? No IT depatt. at CSA? No IT personnels? Or if there any, are they just taking salaries?

I find only this portion useful...
CSA website is not of that caliber as it has to be...
