is CTP in a non-domiciled area possible?

Assalamualaikum
i live in karachi n will be appearing for css from khi In shaa Allah.. i will then be moving to lahore permenantly.. can somebody guide me regarding how can i join CTP in lahore?

CTP is in Lahore only! And you can join CTP only if you pass CSS and interview and then you get allocated. Then only you will be called for CTP at Civil Services Academy, Lahore!

Domicile has nothing to do with location of CTP, it is going to be in Lahore anyways!
