Default Pay and facilities of a Probationer in 41 CTP?
What is the pay of a Probationer in CTP? Please mention all the details keeping in view all the relevant allowances and deductions of 2013.

Other than pay, is he given basic facility of a Servant at the Academy? If yes, what are the charges deducted from his salary?

Basic facility of a servant at the Academy? Can you elaborate what exactly you mean by that?

Basic Pay 16000
Adhoc Allowance 2010 1477
Adhoc Allowance 2011 4925
Adhoc allowance 2012 3200
Medical 1477
Adhoc Allowance 2013 1600


Gross salary 28679

Deductions

Probationer Fund 500
Laundry 800(could be more this time)
Benevolent Fund 384
Group Insurance 177

Net Salary 26818


No personal servant is provided. However 3-4 servants are provided for in hostel for all.

Sir, i received the offer letter today and it said: "you have been selected and hereby offered appointment as a civil servant in BS-17 (Rs.16000-1200-40000 plus usual allowances as admissible under the rules) in OMG under the Federal Government"

that makes 57200.
will it be 26 K during training? and after posting it will be around 50 something?

Dear, I wish this would have been true. .

16000-1200-40000 denotes that initial basic pay in Grade 17 would be Rs 16,000/-, with an annual increment of Rs. 1,200/- and the ceiling of basic pay in Grade 17 would be Rs. 40,000/-.

The gross pay after training in OMG would be around 40,000/- or 41,000/- and net pay around 38,000/- (if we include Secretariat allowance)
