Army officials in FSP
 

Is it true that new officers from army backgrounds or served in army are preferred while deploying? Like are they preferred when sending officers to missions in first-world countries...? Seniors plz guide me
(note:- I intend no hate towards anyone rather I had read it somewhere on the forum so wanted a clarification)
