MLCG vs Railways vs Postal vs CTG: Please rate the parameters from 1 to 4

Dear Seniors,

Kindly rate the following from 1 to 4 (1 being the least and 4 being the best) and make a comparison between the following groups:

1. Military Lands and Cantonment Group
2. Railways
3. Postal
4. Commerce and Trade

1. Pay (in cash)
2. Non-monetary benefits (like house, official car, servants etc.)
3. Growth and promotion
4. Horizontal mobility
5. Impact on family and social life
6. Work recognition in case you work really hard.
7. Social networking
8. Foreign Training/Posting Opportunities
9. Power and Authority

i personally think that if u talk of facilities ,then no doubt mldc is the best as ur given a vehicle,servants ,house from the very first day of ur job.mostly the accomodations are in cantt area.u only have to deal with issues of cantt area.promotion is an issue as it has the highest grade of 20.but facilities wise it is one of the best and it can be included in top five or six in the list.kindly check in DETAIL thread "real picture of mldc" in mldc subforum...hope it would help.

What about the other 3? I need a comparison on the parameters above so that I can make a final decision. Currently, they go as follows in my list:

1. MLCG
2. Railways
3. Postal
4. CTG

But I need a final verdict so as to finalize my decision...

Sorry for a very late reply...Again as far as facilities are concerned...railways(known for big n beautiful houses) and postal is better than CTG.most of my seniors advised me to keep railway and postal above CTG. if you talk of foreign trainings ,then i think ctg is much better. I am writing this all on what i hav heard from my seniors.....
