Default Let us discuss plus points of CTG
This thread is a request to put down some positive points of Commerce n Trade group. All who know some, please do participate

We know it has got to have some plus points...I know of one candidate who put it as second preference, after DMG.

To begin with;
I have heard that CnT officers have advantage of advancing/assisting business; personal/family, as they are dealing with commerce and trade. Is it true or just an unreal assumption?



PS: It is separate from that of SBP Vs Cnt thread as there it was seen in comparison with SBP. Here, we need just the plus points of CnT group, in general...

Dear let me be the first to congratulate you over this forum on being allocated to CTG. There is a lot of invalid arguments being floated around the forum regarding its future. Unfortunately, a lot of people does not seem to possess the necessary knowledge about the functions and the mobility of this group. I have kept this group in my top 4 preferences based on the evaluation and also having detailed discussions with people who are serving or have served in this group. It would not be wise to directly compare it with FSP both of them are similar in some sense but poles apart. It used to be in the top preference choice in the past decade. It is relatively a niche group which is reviving itself and only getting better. InshaAllah only time will tell its true worth
