Post Number of Grade 22 Officers in FSP

I have heard that in FSP you are most likely to retire at Grade 21, as in this cadre there are very meager chances of getting at grade 22. While in PAS there are so much ministries that you easily get posted at Grade 22..
I would like to hear from FSP Officers most likely, that how many Grade 22 posts are there in FSP and How much are my chances to reach Grade 22???

Can you list those 13 posts for FSP.. And as far as PAS is concerned, I think that OMG,PAS and PSP make unified system (APUG) for Grade 22.. And I think there are 35 posts for APUG in Grade 22 (Which include all the three aforementioned groups)

Grade 22 vs 21 is not the right criterion for judging a service.
FSP is about quality lifestyle. No service provides so much perks & good salary as FSP does (legally) along with peaceful life.
As far as one's personal life & immediate family is concerned, FSP has no match.
A 3rd Secretary posted abroad is better placed than all the other BS-19 CSP officers of all services. (talking in legal terms including payband privilidges)
