Arrow Scenario Based Posting

Salam,
I would like to present a scenario to ask my question. Please, suppose that you have passed CSS being in the top 10. You have opted for FSP and have been good in CTP and STP too. You had already learnt German before giving the exams and have a keen interest in Germany's affairs.
After CTP and STP you also go to Germany for an international relations degree and advanced studies in German language. When you return to Pakistan with the high and special German case of yours, and you want to be the ambassador to Germany in the future, where will your postings be now? As even though you have learnt five to six languages in STP but your specialty is German.
Please Dear Seniors, do answer this scenario case question.

"Where will your postings be?"

Wherever your political masters want them. The only considerations for lucrative postings are personal affiliations and political influence. If people who matter think you will be of use to them, they will post you even if you don't have any merit whatsoever. Merit can take you only as far as your luck allows it.

Warranty of my claims: just look at the people posted at important government positions and ascertain how many of them are actually deserving of that position w.r.t merit, you will get all the answers.
