Marrying Non-Pakistani

Can FSP marry a Non-Pakistani?

As far as I know, you are not even eligible to appear in the CSS exams in case you are married to a foreign national. So I think it would be safe to believe that one cannot marry a foreign national as a CSS officer in any department.

I believe you can as it would go against the constitution to bar anyone from marrying non-Pakistani.

What if the foreign national surrender their nationality and gain Pakistani nationality are they allowed to marry then?

Dual Citizen

Hi All,

I have a quick query in regards to dual citizenship.

Once posted can you marry to a dual citizen (she is Pakistani/Uk citizen born in Pak).

Would that matter or does she needs to give up on UK citizenship.

Highly appreciate your help.

Thanks.

^ Is there any source on how this would be done? And would it also require surrendering nationality, as someone above suggested?

Thank you.

No need for surrenering nationality. However, as i said, permission has to be taken from government first. Some of my colleagues have done that
