Default Queries about CSS preparation for FSP particularly

AoA all.
I hope a any senior member or CSP officer will reply to this thread as these are important to me.

1) What subjects should I opt or focus on if I want to join Foreign Services of Pakistan?

2) Is it enough time to start preparing for 2020 exam, with almost no knowledge.

3) My date of birth is December 1990, am I eligible for 2020 exam? If yes, I guess I have only one chance.

4) the most important one, well atleast for me, does stammering(stuttering) can hinder my success or cause problems for me somewhere in my career?

5) What is intake rate of candidates of per year in FSP?

6) Any other important tips or points regarding all this?

7) I have secured 65.08 percentage in my Bachelors, what division is that?
Am I eligible to appear in exam

Short and to the point answers by experienced members will be appreciated.
Thank you
